With overhauling my website, I could finally start my shop. This is awesome for me as I can directly sell items to my readers and awesome for you because you can now buy signed copies and merch! Today I’m going to talk a little more about the store, my plans for it, and share some of the cool products I have.
The shop works like most ecommerce platforms and you can pay via credit card or with PayPal. It’s not as flashy or as nice as I would like, but I’m limited on options without spending a bunch of money. My plans for the shop are simple: keep in stock my own books for readers to buy signed copies and sell merchandise inspired by my books. I will add new products as funds become available and I learn what my readers like most. If you have any ideas for a certain type of product, let me know in a comment or via email. I’m happy to add something if it’s feasible!
Now let’s look at some of these spectacular products!
One of my favorites is stickers. These are great because they can be used in many ways by all audiences, whether on a water bottle, laptop, vehicle, or your forehead. Gotta collect ‘em all!
For apparel, all I have now is hats (limited stock), but I plan to have t-shirts and more in the future.
I have a few sample keychains, and they look awesome. If these sell out, I will look into other types of keychains in the future.
I had a limited run of mugs that went fast, but they seemed to be a hot commodity. I will do more of them like this, though I am switching to tumblers.
And last, but not least, I will have signed paperback copies of all my books available to buy. I can even personalize them for you! Later this year (after my Kickstarter) I should also have the anniversary edition hardbacks as well. These are going to be especially awesome.
